My father Gregory Chrysos opened in 1976,  PK (palia kameni the name of the smaller volcano "old burnt" in translation) building from the lower road up and digging into the cliff, PK was the first cocktail bar on Santorini. Our unique baroque classic style will take you on a further journey overlooking the volcano in the best located bar in the world. Its a huge honour to inherit my fathers hard work after working by his side.
