This family business has spanned half a century with a LOVE for what we do, originality & quality, the use of local spirits, liquers and fruit and veg.. the making of good healthy cocktails.
I am incredibly proud to celebrate our 50th year of PK.
Before toursim Gregory my father, had gatherings in his home with locals & passing tourists back in the chilled island days.
Then in 1976 he geniously thought... make my home, a bar Over the years he poured his heart, soul & years into building these arches stairs caves everything you see the floors even the iron railings, chairs and tables, hand made by him, I still follow his way, making & bulding the new changes here. its for this that im so proud to take after and keep adding to...
A few years ago, my father passed away, leaving me with his other baby PK, its my greatest honor to uphold his ideas standards & passion, established.

You might also notice something a little different about how we do things here. we don't follow the common trends, rigid rules or music trends, or stiff uniforms!! I encourage my team to dress how they feel comfortable & express their personalities and shine through, because genuine hospitality isn't scripted—it's human.
Though the building has grown, its soul has never changed.
I still live just below the bar, which means when you walk through these doors, you are quite literally stepping into my house, surrounded by real people who love what they do.
